John Avino and Robert Eschner started A&E Pools Inc in 1991. Having previously worked for one of the largest service companies in the area, their philosophy was to provide a top level of service at reasonable rates.

Dan- Weekly Maintenance Expert: Dan has been with A&E Pools for over 7 years, and has had extensive experience in water chemistry and treatment. Dan continues to be one of our most reliable employees.
John Avino- Co Owner: John has been servicing pools for over 30 years, receiving the highest certification in the industry. Tech certified in all phases of service, including heater service and repair, pump and motor service and repair, tile and liner replacement, leak detection, and pool renovation. John's knack for problem solving has local builders asking for his help and advice.
Robert Eschner-Co Owner: Rob has been servicing pools for over 25 years, also recieving the highest certification in the industry. Rob is also Tech Certified and brings the company to the forefront with his business and management skills. Rob is an expert in heater diagnosis and all phases of service.
John "Prince of Pools" Jr. John has worked part time for A&E Pools for 7 years. Besides being one of the owners kids, he has learned the business and is a valuable team member. John attends Ithaca College, and is majoring in Broadcast Journalism.
